I’ve lived in the world of material. The desire for material to be quickly extinguished soon after it’s acquired. An endless search for what will bring happiness. Confusion all around and answer can not be found. Stress and anxiety manufactured by the idea of a limited life. Live to the fullest because tomorrow isn’t promised. It’s a good notion but what does it recommend. How do you live to the fullest if you don’t know what brings fulfillment? Life is short is one of the greatest lies told. Can cause a sense of urgency that is unnecessary. An urgency to acquire or experience this material world. As the clock tics and your mindless search for answers through social media, books, and the internet marches on, our urgency increases. Either we wake up and realize we are given all we need or give up and give in allowing this world to swallow you whole and engulf us in darkness. One day you may see the light and make it out of the darkness. Brought into the light so you can finally see. This life is not the end and pure happiness is beyond this world. We are here for experience and to feel emotions only afforded to the flesh. Once we shed our flesh we are finally set free. You cannot be of this world and also live eternally. To yearn for death will not be understood by those of this world. To detach yourself from the material allows your mind to focus on what is truly meant for us to experience. It can eliminate the urgency to acquire material. Allow you to go after what will bring fulfillment and not just a desire. We are blocked from our full potential by fear. Fear that our path may not bring what we don’t actually need. A legacy built of material can be burned or stolen, while one built through spirit can not. Build a legacy that can transcend material and generations to come. Thy kingdom come, Thy Will be done. On earth as it is in heaven.
