Faithfulfillment

Many people can attest to the power of astrology or mediums. People who claim that thru signs or spirits they are given direction for their life. Punch in a coordinate on the GPS and faithfully follow it to the destination. Regardless of wrong turns or obstacles you’ll truly believe it’ll get you there. Our future is determined by which course we fully put our faith in. Being told by a medium, guided by the daily astrology, or even determined by self, if you put your faith fully in which ever direction, you will eventually arrive there. What if your destination is beyond anything you could ever imagine? That by trying to think of or discover the destination on your own, actually limits its potential.

Think about how much brain power is used to figure out how to attain the desired future or how to avoid anything that could become an obstacle. Constantly stressing any deviation, worrying about what could go wrong, or even thinking ahead endlessly to be “proactive”. How much is left to take in the moment? To live for the now and be present. It truly is a gift from God to be able to live in the moment. To be grateful for every moment and not have to worry about what’s going to happen.

It’s hard to fully put your faith in God and to believe all that is promised. That He will provide for us all that we need, that no enemy shall overcome, and that we are deserving of an eternal life with Him. An astrologer we can be related, a medium can be met, but God has to be believed. Every word accepted and trusted. Unlike the astrology of the day we don’t agree with, every word must be followed. We won’t be perfect at it. We might take a wrong turn or miss the right one but faith in God’s guidance will lead one to the ultimate destination. The only coordinate needed to get there is faith. Enjoy the journey.

“All the counsel you have received has only worn you out! Let your astrologers come forward, those stargazers who make predictions month by month, let them save you from what is coming upon you. Surely they are like stubble; the fire will burn them up. They cannot even save themselves from the power of the flame. These are not coals for warmth; this is not a fire to sit by. That is all they are to you— these you have dealt with and labored with since childhood. All of them go on in their error; there is not one that can save you.” Isaiah 47:13-15 NIV

““For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.” Isaiah 55:8-9 NIV

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;”

Proverbs 3:5 NIV

“He provides food for those who fear him; he remembers his covenant forever.”

Psalms 111:5 NIV

“For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.” 2 Corinthians 1:20 NIV

“Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.” John 17:3 NIV
