Ain’t there yet…

We aren’t there yet. There’s a long way to go. A long way until we get back. Get back what we all know is missing. That thing that WILL bring us all back. If we begin to look in the right place. It’s not out there, not in social media, it’s not on the tv, it’s not on the internet, or next door. It’s only when one looks inside that it can be found. Peel back the layers and dig down deep. Through what makes you angry, passed what makes you scared, and break down what makes you stressed. Once passed all those layers will one truly be able to see. Once we look deep within and then the work can begin. Heal from within and work outwards. Your heart, your mind, your body, your spouse, your kids, your pets, your house, your neighbor, your community, city, state, country, world. But don’t do it for you. It’s not about you. It’s not about what you believe, it’s not about how you feel, it’s not about what you want or think you need, and it’s not for you to judge another. To judge them on their lives. Are you so innocent to cast a stone upon another. While hands are busy casting unrighteousness stones when they could be used to rebuild. Put down the stones and pick up the mortar. Build a new foundation of righteousness. Let each stone be paved in with purpose. Layer by layer of careful and meaningful masonry. Once you, yourself, build a solid foundation then the real work can begin. Each time a knock down and then another accomplishment, once achieved there’s more to go because if you are still HERE, you ain’t THERE yet.

“Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne; love and faithfulness go before you.”

Life of success

What is the meaning of life? Why are we here? What are we suppose to do? Be good person? What does that look like? Who is good anymore? What is good? It’s easy to point out something bad. Even when we get something good, most are skeptical and think it’s too good to be true.

Or a polite greeting from a stranger can feel taboo and get skeptically questioned. Acceptance of evil and questioning of good. Assuming evil in others will cause evil. Humans are products of their environment. Expectations, assumptions, norms, requirements, all cause preconceived realities for others and ourselves. Everyone is on their own path through life. It is not for anyone to tell another how to walk down their path. Advice in the form of seeds where the other may generate their own way of thinking is beneficial. Being lost in this world is not corrected by the instruction of someone just as lost. How do we gauge if we are living right? How does one feel about their life? Is joy, happiness, and gratitude being felt the majority of the time? If not, what factor is causing bad emotions and are those factors a necessity for life? Is life determined by income? What is sacrificed to acquire that income? Is the income I claim to need only inflated due to greed or envy? In the end, a successful life is gauged by the definition we each have as to what constitutes success. Gauging our own success in comparisons to the levels of others success is an effect of envy. If one remains in a state of gratitude the stress to gain more success dissipates. Being thankful for what one has and working towards a vision could be more beneficial than chasing a vision for the promise of its income. In the end, create a vision of what you want your life to be and question how much of that vision you actually need. One can own the whole world and still not have everything. Success isn’t everything.

“But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.”

Matthew 6:20 NIV

“What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, and yet lose or forfeit their very self?”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭9:25‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Choose a side

The devil makes it look like he’s going to destroy the world so those of the world will look to him to save it, but why would the devil want to destroy his own? The same ones creating the evil are also the ones suppose to be protecting us? They play with war, viruses, and disasters to scare us into giving them more power under the veil of their “protection”. Only evil desires more power over others. Why does the government and the media enjoy dividing us? We feel it, it’s not unknown to any of us. We walk around each other not taking a second glance. Everyone is calculated by others through a new age algorithm of cult associations. Worried what might offend who based off which set of man made ideology they identify with. WE ALL BLEED RED. But yet we let words divide us. Words can only hurt as much as we decide. We made them, we control what they mean, or to what degree they have meaning. Their meanings, these days, are manipulated to beyond recognition. Our basic pathway of communication is so distorted between generations that passing down of knowledge is non existent. History is being forgotten. Rip down the statues, burn the books, and place barriers between generation. We forgot the past it’s bound to repeat. We’ve lost our way. Moving forward in an unimaginable path soon after they started forgetting the past. It’s not a coincidence, they do not exist. The world has been lost but it can be revived. The world cannot be saved it must be resuscitated. Breathe life back into our old selves. Stop complicating this world, be simple. Use words for their simple meanings, have conversations that don’t include who isn’t there. Be who you are, honest, honorable, loving, forgiving, patient, joyous, peaceful, and FREE. No need to put up walls. There will still be evil but it will not be accepted or understood. We can shine bright and reveal the truth. The devil cannot save this world. It’s only up to YOU.

If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.” Mark 3:24 NIV

“There is no remembrance of former things; neither shall there be any remembrance of things that are to come with those that shall come after.”

Time of men

I remember back then,

Back when men were men.

No bickering back and forth,

Authority was earned without force.

Sternness of a man’s voice,

Opposing wasn’t a choice.

Duty and honor,

Done without a choir.

Not worried about next door,

But willing to help a neighbor.

Didn’t listen to cries of few,

Knew what is actually true.

Helped those in trouble,

Not one popping another’s bubble.

Men who had dominion,

Not causing division.

Men not worried about losing,

Had all of their choosing.

Appreciated what they had,

Took a loss with smile and glad.

Knowing that each test,

Gets him closer to his best.

Men weren’t just reacting,

But taking true action.

Kept his house in order,

Before thoughts of world disorder.

So when evil looks to be winning,

He knows it’s only the beginning.

Stayed calm and unshaken,

Time for them to awaken.

Some guys will realize,

It’s time for Men to rise.

“For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.”

Truth hurts

What is the truth? Why do we try to hide the truth? Truth gets hidden underneath the veil of understanding to make sense of something that can hurt. We use understanding to try and explain something that is hard to accept. Acceptance of the actual truth is the only path to peace. There isn’t individuals truths, there is only THE truth. The truth is hard. The truth hurts but through that pain and hardship we find out who we TRULY are. We are weak, we are lost, we are not perfect. The truth cannot be made perfect through understanding. The truth can only be accepted. Accepting what the TRUTH is can be dark but only through the darkness can the light be found. From fear of the truth, lies and corruption occur thinking we know what’s best for others to know. The veil of lies and corruption blankets the actual truth deeper in darkness making it harder to be found. In the end the actual truth comes out or remains in darkness or confusion and will never be truly realized. Eventually whether we like it or not, truth WILL have its day. Do not delay the inevitable. Shine light upon the truth from the beginning and accept we make mistakes and we are not perfect. Trying to cover up the truth due to fear will allow darkness to consume. Individual truths are a lie. Accept that life is hard and dark, remain in the light and in the light one will be able to SEE. Only the actual TRUTH can set one FREE.

Dark Forest

Lost within a forest so dark. The trees are so numerous here. Each tree casts its shadow adding to the darkness of the next, together they drown out the light. Their existence causes maneuvering around each one while trying to keep a constant direction. Each time questioning did I go the right way. Looking for signs of help seems futile. Looking for other’s paths but will they even lead out or just bring me deeper in. Hoping for signs I’m on the right way. Praying for someone to take my hand and lead me out or am I alone in here? I call out and I hear a voice. Just keep going. Left foot right foot left foot again. Running into limbs and getting knocked back but keep moving forward the best I can. How did I even get here? Why am I here? Questions that won’t lead me out. I hear it again, just keep going. Start seeing glimpses of light so there’s hope. There’s a way out of the darkness if there’s light. Can’t search through the forest to find the way out, must search through within. Find guidance from the One who knows true direction. He can guide out of even the darkest place.

Signs on the wall

All around the home,

Signs saying you’re not alone.

Telling you how to be,

We listen because we can see.

But the writing is on the wall,

Answers to us all.

We shouldn’t need material,

To focus on what is real.

There’s a way to be reminded,

To not live in this world blinded.

Blinded by the lies,

To see truth close your eyes.

Look deeper within,

Peace rests within Him.

“Grateful for the small things, the big things, and everything in between.” -Wall sign

“give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”

Festering Emotions

There’s an emotion inside,

It’s eating me alive.

I can’t figure out,

How to win the bout.

Why did it happen that way?

Why don’t I feel okay?

Was it my lost dream,

Tearing me at my seam.

Just can’t find,

Any answers outside.

I have to look within,

To cure ailments under the skin.

You ever feel an emotion so strong it makes you feel sick? Now imagine that emotion remaining inside you for years and years. Each year confusion, regret, disappointment, and other new emotions from life compile around burying that emotion deeper into yourself. Growing into a festered sickness. Seek truth and answers to emotions and live free of them.

Neutrality of why

A life full of decisions is the result from all of its questions. Do we ask the right questions? Do we ask enough questions? When we are presented with a problem we use our experiences to determine an answer. Do we ask the question why enough? Why do I feel this is the right answer? To ask why creates a blank canvas to possibly paint a different picture. The answer to that question leads to a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world we live in.

Children constantly ask the question why. Why? They are trying constantly to understand the world they live in. So why as adults it seems we ask why less and less, if at all. Do we think when we become adults we know all? Yet how many adults still feel lost at times? “Adult” is only a title one day removed from teenager. So they call us an adult and then we are almost expected to know what we are doing here. Once one believes they do, and stop asking why, progress ends.

What could be the harm in asking why? Are we afraid to truly understand who we are? If someone is asked why they believe something they can either explain for deeper knowledge or possibly get angry. Why would they become angry when asked a harmless question? Are they mad because they believe what they know is the absolute truth? Who is someone to think what they know is fact? It’s good to have passion about beliefs but to have that much pride and ego will stop someone from progressing. On the other hand, to think what you know is never right will cause you to remain lost. Or have you ever been called a “know it all” when asking why to someone’s belief? Funny.

What has happened in our lives that caused us to think the way we do? And are those forces for good or for evil. Many things we have been taught by others are results from their experiences which can pass on their fears to us. Our life is our own. It’s hard to find our own paths making decisions based off the result of another’s experience. Placed in the same position and make the same decision can lead to a different result for each person. Take a roulette table for example. We can watch a video of someone with a profitable experience, for us to place the same bets and have a completely different result. Life isn’t a gamble, it’s a purpose. To read the Bible and use it’s teachings to determine a different way to make our choices might lead down a better path. A path that will lead to our own purpose in this life and give an answer to why….

Fear to death

All these apocalyptic movies, what is their purpose? Why do these movies come out, and so many recently? Is it all that’s on our minds so they know it’ll draw us in? Are they prepping us for something coming? Or do they want us to think they are? To give us something else to be scared of. COVID is fading, civil war probably isn’t happening, they are closing schools in the north for 2-4 inches of snow. What’s on the earth isn’t scary enough I guess now we have to be scared of death falling out of the sky. They want us to be scared so we’ll just stay in our houses and avoid everything and everyone. Further distancing us from each other and better yet here comes VIRTUAL REALITY. Now you don’t have to even leave your house to experience life. Just slip on a pair of goggles and have at it. Live in fear so we don’t live at all. Just stay home, work and pay taxes. Then we are just batteries like they tried to tell us in the Matrix. Or are these comets a metaphor for the pending extinction level event that we feel is inevitable? Most fear that and others believe it’s possible. Others don’t worry because they know if the world ends it’s for one reason, Revelation. It’s coming and I don’t fear it. I chose my side, I know where I’m going. Do you?
